When dealing with a heritage site/ building we make sure to develop a good understanding of the values and significance of the historic fabric, to identify the composition of the authentic construction and finishing materials, but most importantly, we try to respond to the needs and requirements of current users without harming the integrity of the historic asset.

Santa Lucia Restaurant, downtown, Alexandria, 2016
This project was quiet a challenge. A popular, high end european classic style restaurant. We had to maintain the spirit, the warmth and classic artistic nature of the space. We worked with some great artists and suppliers to abe able to finish the job as intended like Mirella Nuzzoleze for the marvelous glass and mirror work, Texmar for the precious fabrics, Motif for the elegant wallpaper and Mehran Kaladjian, Heba El Sharkawy and Sherine El-Khalili for the beautiful paintings. If you are in Alexandria and want a warm beautiful meal in a nice warm place, go to Santa Lucia and see for yourself.
